“Comparing ourselves to others, and worrying about what we might be missing out on, has been around since long before social media. It can strike us unexpectedly at any time, and makes us feel terrible. So we definitely want to have practical tools available to use so we know how to reverse the negative effects of comparing ourselves, or wondering… Am I Missing Out?”

In this solo podcast episode, I’ll share with you some different ideas and practical strategies for managing the very normal, but uncomfortable spaces of comparing ourselves and FOMO.

I share some of my own strategies and insights about what’s worked well for me, and how to best protect yourself from getting caught in these unhelpful thinking patterns that can really lower your mood and self-esteem if they’re not managed well.
